Satgas Damai Cartenz arrested six alleged members of an armed group in Yahukimo, 11 April 2024. Their arrest occurred on the same day as the shooting of Afrika Heluka and Toni Wetapo.

Until the end of June 2024, there was no further news about the fate of the six people.
