Jayapura City Police personnel dispersed and arrested 15 FMRPAM activists who were giving speeches and distributing leaflets at Perumnas III, Waena, Jayapura City, 1 April 2024.

The leaflets distributed by the activists called for a demonstration on 2 April, against the militarisation of West Papua.
