Additional description

Police officers arrested four KNPB members for their alleged involvement in the persecution of pro-Provisional Government KNPB members.

Ruben Wakla and Ferry Yelipele were released on 3 September 2023. Agus Kossay and Benny Murib were named as suspects and tried in court.

During the trial, the prosecutor demanded that Benius Murib be sentenced to 8 months in prison.
