Additional description

Military personnel arrested a 27-year-old Papuan man in Enarotali, Paniai Regency, Central Papua, on 13 December 2025. Nabelau was accused of being affiliated with the TPNPB. During his arrest, he was tortured by being beaten and kicked repeatedly to force him to confess to being a member of the TPNPB. As there was no evidence, Nabelau was later released.
