Additional description

The joint forces arrested Goo while refuelling his vehicle at a petrol station. He was arrested because he was allegedly involved in a mass riot in Dogiyai that was triggered by a traffic accident that killed a toddler. After being taken to Dogiyai Police Station, Goo was taken to Nabire Police Station for further questioning. He was released a day later.
