In Dekai, Yahukimo regency, six youths were arbitrarily arrested by Brimob (police mobile brigades) while on their way to the river for a swim. Police demanded access to their phones to check their photos and communications. Those who refused were beaten. They were released several hours later after the intervention of local church representatives.
