Additional description

Police personnel reportedly arrested Aris Pahabol on 11 July 2025. Police said Aris was a member of an armed group involved in an attack that killed a teacher in Anggruk District, Yahukimo, on 21 March 2025.

In early November 2025, Aris' case file was transferred by the police to the Jayawijaya District Attorney's Office and on 23 January 2025, the case was registered at the Wamena District Court. In the indictment, it was stated that Aris was involved in the attack by throwing stones twice at a teacher's house and monitoring the surrounding situation.
