ENH was mentioned by the police as one of the members of an armed group who were arrested by the police in Yahukimo and transferred to the Papua Regional Police Headquarters in Jayapura on 23 February 2026. ENH is alleged to have been involved in the attack and murder of two civilians in September 2025 and February 2026. According to information from the court, ENH was arrested on 21 February 2026.
On 15 September 2026, ENH was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months’ imprisonment, 6 months less than the prosecution’s demand. In the indictment, ENH was described as having been involved in the role of monitoring the movements of the security forces.
