Satgas Damai Cartenz claimed to have arrested a TPNPB member named Bazoka Lawiya in Topo Village, Nabire District, 7 July 2024.

Police arrested him during a security check in front of Topo Police Station. The police claimed that Bazoka ran away and resisted so the police shot him.
