Additional description

Satgas Damai Cartenz reportedly arrested two TPNPB suspects, Alison Wonda and Yotenus Wonda, on October 5, 2024. The arrests were made on Trans Wamena-Puncak Jaya Road, Lumbuk Village, Tingginambut District, Puncak Jaya Regency.

The police claimed they were arrested because they were allegedly involved in a number of attacks on civilians and security forces, including the March 17, 2024 attack that injured one TNI member and killed another.

On 2 June 2025, Alison reportedly escaped from Nabire Prison with 19 other prisoners, 11 of whom including Alison were said to be affiliated with armed groups. According to the police, Alison is allegedly involved in the shooting case in Kurilik Village. Meanwhile, Yotenus was allegedly involved in the attempted shooting of a resident.
