hundreds of protesters were dispersed and 48 people were arrested while conducting political speeches in the settlement of Jalur I and shophouse block A, Dekai city, the capital of Yahukimo district. The protest demanded that Victor Yeimo be released. The 48 people were then taken to Yahukimo Police Station by Papua Police Mobile Brigade (Brimob) officers and Yahukimo Resort Police (Polres).
