The Satgas Damai Cartenz and the Lanny Jaya Police personnel arrested a West Papuan, Dugi Telenggen, whom they claimed was a member of the TPNPB armed group on 27 October 2025. The arrest took place in Ulume Village, Lanny Jaya Regency, Papua Pegunungan Province.

It was reported that Dugi was alleged to have been involved in the shooting of a police officer and a civilian on 10 September 2025.

As of the end of December 2025, there has been no further information regarding Dugi's legal proceedings.
